Our first contacts with Leland and Gordon and then Sam for the paperwork were great. They explained everything and made sure I knew all the options to make the best choice. Gordon made sure I did not have to walk on the ice to view the vehicles as he brought them all to the door for us to test drive.
When I picked up my new Kia, Gordon explained all the options so there was no confusion. I am very happy with my new baby!
