  Shop elsewhere! We have had our trailer stored for a few yrs with no issues until recently. We even referred friends in the past. Do know the only record of payment you receive is your own method of payment (etransfer). No receipts, not sure how they do record keeping. Not to worry though, you will receive an email @ increase in fees though!
  We prepay our monthly storage; this incident I my prepaid amount was made up to Feb 2017. Dec 2016 we no longer required our stall and I sent an email stating we moved out late Nov 2016 and was looking to have the remaining months we prepaid refunded ($65+GST/m - Dec 2016 - Feb 2017).
  No response until....
  Feb 9/17 7:26am: "Your spot XX is vacant - is your trailer being serviced?
  We are updating our inventory as the busier time of year is soon approaching - please advice."
  Feb 9/17 1:03pm (me): "I have attached emails I have sent prior? I have had no response."
  Feb 9/17 1:33pm: "Thanks for the quick reply and for forwarding your emails.
  May we ask why you left and where is your trailer?"
  Feb 9/17 1:47pm (me): "Stall XX has been vacant since late November 2016, as indicated in the December 3rd email. We still have not had any refund for the months I prepaid for and we were not parked in. When may we anticipate a refund; etransfer? Thanks so much!!! "
  
  Feb 10/17 3:17pm (me again): "Hi, I am checking in with you, we have not received a response. Thanks."

  I have parked my trailer here for the last 4 months and just renewed for another year.
  
  Very friendly and personable experience and am very pleased with their facilities.
  
  Highly recommend.

  I’ve been using this place for 3 years now, great people, great prices. They were very accommodating when I had to relocate my trailer when I had a second one to bring in.
  Supper friendly!! Would highly recommend them.

  It was the Dec and we had to find storage last minute on a Sunday. I left them a message and Sylvia returned it right away.
  They were very accommodating and reasonably priced from all the other places we looked at. Payment method was easy and we felt that the storage facility was secure and the trailer would be safe there.
  They were easy to deal with and kind. I would recommend them. If you give them a chance they will not disappoint.

  I needed to move my motorhome this spring and I was so fortunate to discover Double Dutch. After speaking to the owner on the phone I knew I would not have to call anyone else. I felt completely confident in my choice. My battery had froze so the owner actually came to where my motorhome was and boosted it and drove it to their storage place. It was not easy to charge either as it wouldnt hold a charge but they still stayed until we could get it running and he drove it to the lot for me. I have a great site! They are pull throughs so that is also a plus. They Winterize and de-winterize on site which is a real bonus!. They also have a dump on site as well as air for your tires. It is 24 hour locked but you have a code to get in!. I feel so blessed. I feel they went over and above to accommodate me and I could not be more appreciative. Thank you Sylvia and Jack.
